National Awards Dinner
The BSBC National Awards Dinner was held on 12 June 2007 in London at Gibson Hall.
Located in the heart of the City of London, the Gibson Hall has impeccable credentials as one of the finest banqueting venues in London. The Hall, named after its architect John Gibson, was completed in 1865 for the National Provincial Bank of England and was the greatest of the City's banking halls, reflecting the classical Victorian elegance prevalent of the time. |

With this Award came £5,000 to give to a charity of my choice. I chose The Humber Rescue: because since childhood i had known the dangers of the River Humber and is an admirer of the work that Humber Rescue does. The money is being spent on new electronic equipment - radar and an electronic chart plotter.
