British built Chicken coop Hotel, with or without a nest box (photo shows it with the nest box). This is true style and quality for your best friends. The Chicken coop Hotel part is made from solid framing, the cladding is 10ml shiplap, it has a thick 3 phase roof we first use ply then felt topped off with nice looking feather edge this makes the roof fully water proof. It has a exterior ply wood floor. The top part of the Hotel consists of one large room 23” high (exc the apex of the roof) x 34” wide x 23.5” deep exc the nest box. There is a door that leads into the run from the living room with a nicely 12" wide slopping ramp down to the floor.

Below the Chicken coop makes part of the run this is 25” high x 23.5” deep and 34” long.

The Run as shown on the photo comes as standard that fits on the side of the Chicken coop Hotel is again made from quality framing covered in 19g 1” x ½” galvanised wire mesh and it's 6ft long x 49” high x 23.5” deep. It has 2 side doors one in each side. you can now buy an extension run to make this 12ft long or even longer buy adding more extensions,

All the wood with the exception of the ply is dipped in a water base animal friendly wood preserver.

When this Chicken coop and run is together the size is 9ft long x 5 ft high and 23.5” deep approximately,  excluding any side nest box. This hotel comes made on a pallet and the run comes easy to make flat packed. You can have a nest box that fits on the end, just select the option below.And now you can have an extension run again just select from the option below .
