The concrete will heat up under the sun and you have to be careful that it doesn't burn their pads.
Don't let price be the deciding factor when you're shopping. A quality dog kennel doesn't have to be the most expensive but it might not be the cheapest either. Look for something that fits all of you and your dogs needs including your budget.
